and behavioral factors such as bad diet, lack of exercise, genetics, metabolism, and socioeconomic status. It is not
merely a cosmetic concern but it is a complex medical
issue that increases the risk of some health
issues, like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood
pressure, cancer, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis.
Treatment for obesity often involves lifestyle modification
such as adopting a more healthy diet, increasing physical
activity, and behavior changes. In some cases,
medications or weight loss surgery may be recommended,
particularly when their poses serious health risks. However, intervention through healthy lifestyle changes
